Both first individual and collective prizes went to Le Quy Don Junior High School (Hai Duong city).
More than three months after launch, the 44th UPU international letter writing contest themed “Tell us about the world you want to grow up in” has drawn 6,121 entries, including 23 provincial prize-winners, according to the Hai Duong Department of Education and Training.
One first prize went to Cao Thi Hoang Oanh (class 8B, Le Quy Don Junior High School (JHS), Hai Duong city), and two second prizes were awarded to Duong Ngan Ha (class 8D, Le Quy Don JHS) and Do Phuong Yen Linh (class 7A, Vu Huu JHS, Binh Giang district).
In addition, there were also five third prizes and 15 consolation prizes.
Le Quy Don JHS secured the first collective prize; the second collective prize was given to Vu Huu JHS (Binh Giang district) and Hong Quang Senior High School (SHS); and Binh Minh Primary School (Hai Duong city), Nguyen Hue JHS (Cam Giang district), and Nam Sach SHS shared the third collective prize.
